That was me - HOW do I start the recovery process, WHAT IF I FAIL?

I spent two years stuck!


I had migraines, sciatic nerve pain, digestion issues, irregular heartbeat, numbness in my jaw...and I could go on. 


To add to my problems, I started having anxiety attacks.


I saw 18 doctors, two from world-renowned medical facilities! 

I visited doctors who practice Western medicine and doctors who practice Eastern medicine. 


After spending $20,000 out of pocket, several emergency room visits, having an anxiety attack and getting stuck on a major highway (that's a story for later), and a series of MRI's and CAT scans, I decided to visit a naturopathic doctor. 


He did one thing - changed my diet


The doctor gave me a one-pager describing what I should eat and what supplements I should take. But I was so sick, and I needed more.  I needed a clear path, food ideas that would make this new way of life easy, and I needed a support system.


That's when I decided to take my health into my own hands. I got two certifications, one in holistic nutrition and another in sport and exercise nutrition, found an accountability partner, and began to focus on my whole self - mind, and body.


Now I live a life full of joy and energy, without pain and anxiety.


Since my story began on March 23, 2017, as I was walking toward Bourbon Street in New Orleans, I have helped many women learn how to eat right for their body, rediscover lost energy, and change behaviors that have changed personal and professional outcomes.
